We have a tendency of complaining about the various bad things existing in the society... how the society is becoming worse by the day and the stuff like that! But, do we realize that we ourselves are part of this society and that we could also take the the first step towards the betterment of the society??

We want to change others
But fail to look at ourselves
We want everyone to be perfect
When we ourselves are so imperfect

We look inside others' houses
But we cease to look inside ourselves
We want to control others' lives
When we have no control on our own life

We have no time for ourselves
Leave alone our families
Yet we manage to find time
To forward junk mail and messages

We openly blame others
Overlooking our own follies
We want others to be good to us
When we are rude to them
These twisted times we live in
Oh how the times have changed...
We'll teach others the good virtues
When we ill-treat our elders
Talking about moral values
Ourselves being so immoral
These twisted times we live in

Finding faults with the system
When we are the ones making faults
Complaining about everything
When I'm myself a part of it
These twisted times I live in
Oh how the times have changed me...
